Our policy lasts 14 days (including weekends and public holidays). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and receipt of the retuned garment(s).
* ALL made to order returns and exchanges, where the fault was not due to defect, style or size not corresponding to the confirmed order there will be a R150 per item surcharge before an order will be re-made and re-confirmed. This is to cover basic production and fabric costs.
You may also request an exchange, a credit note towards a future purchase, or a refund within 14 days of the purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We reserve the right not to exchange nor refund your purchase should we not be satisfied with the condition of the returned items.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, for returning your item, which you will be quoted and billed for, and we will arrange collection for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Regrettably we do not use the South African Post Office or Speed Services. We recommend you use the option of our courier service. If you are shipping an item over R200 using your own courier, kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item through a courier service not our own. Nor will we be held responsible for tracking or tracing any orders not sent through our couriers.
